Bank statement conversion built for bookkeepers.
Stop retyping rows. Drop the PDF, paste the CSV into QuickBooks or Xero, move on.
Bookkeepers move dozens of statements a week between clients, banks, and accounting systems. StatementSnap converts any bank statement PDF — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, BBVA, Santander, Nubank, anything — into a clean Excel or CSV with ISO dates and numeric amounts ready for QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, or Sage. Bulk pricing makes per-client conversion cost-effective: $4.99 for 10 statements, or $7.99/month for 200.
- 01ISO 8601 dates and numeric amounts — no column mapping in QuickBooks or Xero
- 02Works on scanned and photographed statements, not just native PDFs
- 03Pack of 10 conversions for $4.99 — under $0.50 per client statement
- 04Files deleted within 24 hours, never used for training
- 05Same converter for US, UK, EU, Mexican, and Brazilian banks
Can I share an account with my team?+
The monthly plan covers a single user account. Use the Feedback form at the bottom of any page if you need a multi-seat setup for a firm — we will work something out.
Will the CSV import into QuickBooks Online?+
Yes. The CSV uses YYYY-MM-DD dates and numeric amounts in the standard four-column format (date, description, amount, balance) that QuickBooks Online and Desktop both accept without column mapping.
Do you have a Xero-ready output?+
Yes. Xero accepts the same CSV format. For Xero's bank feed CSV template, use the Excel output and copy columns into the template.
Can I batch-convert a whole client's year of statements?+
Yes. Upload each PDF in turn; each conversion is independent. The pack of 10 covers a full year of monthly statements for a single client.
