Use of the service

StatementSnap is provided as a tool to convert bank statement files into spreadsheet formats. You are responsible for the legality of uploading the files you process — only upload statements you have the right to access.

Pricing and credits

The first conversion is free with no signup. Paid tiers are billed in USD by Stripe. Credit packs do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and grant 200 conversions per billing period; unused conversions do not roll over.

Refunds and cancellation

All purchases — single conversions, credit packs, and monthly subscriptions — are final and non-refundable. Each conversion uses paid compute the moment it runs, so we cannot reverse a charge after the fact. You stay in control of recurring costs: you can cancel the monthly plan at any time from the Stripe customer portal, keep access through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. If a conversion fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is restored to your balance automatically. For questions, email hello@statementsnap.app.

Accuracy

Conversion accuracy is typically above 99% on native digital PDFs from major banks. We make no guarantee of accuracy for scanned, low-resolution, or unusual statement formats. Always verify the output against the source statement before using it for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the conversion in question.
