Bank statement conversion built for accountants.
Convert PDFs to clean Excel rows for reconciliation, audit, and tax prep.
Accountants reconcile, audit, and prepare returns from bank data that almost never arrives in a usable format. StatementSnap converts PDF bank and credit card statements into Excel or CSV with date, description, amount, and balance laid out cleanly, ready to drop into reconciliation workpapers, journal entry templates, or your tax prep software. Works on US, UK, EU, Mexican, and Brazilian bank statements equally well.

Is it accurate enough for audit workpapers?+
On native digital PDFs, per-field accuracy is consistently above 99%. We recommend a tie-out of opening and closing balances against the source PDF on any reconciliation that goes into a workpaper.
Does it handle credit card statements with rewards summaries?+
Yes. The transaction grid is extracted as rows; rewards summaries are kept as a separate block so they don't pollute the transaction list.
Can I get a receipt for client billables?+
Stripe sends a receipt for every charge. The pack-of-10 and monthly plans both produce billable receipts you can pass through to clients.
Does it preserve check numbers and reference IDs?+
Yes. Check numbers, transaction IDs, and reference codes land in their own columns so they survive the import into your reconciliation tool.
